What do you sale
By now, we mainly sell freeze-dried treats for both dogs and cats.
What is freeze-dried treats
It removes moisture from raw products through a vacuum system and sublimation.
Freeze drying process retains its nutritional structure and value. This is the best drying process we can think of. Our pets deserve the best:)
What category do you have
We now have chicken, crocodile, beef, duck, NZ green lip mussels, lamb, prawn and quail. We are exploring more. Coming soon in 2023. Thank you for your patience.

Which treats are not recommended for cats/tiny size dogs(under 5kg) and why
Any treats that contain bones are not recommended for them, unless he/she has developed a good habit of chewing.
Also, for those pups who are still using slow-feeder, we strongly suggest owners holding
the bones for the first few times. Gently introduce and guide your pets through it.
Supervision is always needed for any new treats they consume.
Gogo Treats will not be responsible of any inappropriate feeding.
Why do your treats feel so light
As we explained before, freeze drying process removes moisture out of our raw material.
For example, to make 100 gram freeze-dried chicken breasts, we need approximately 500 gram raw chicken breasts.
Don't overfeed your pets!
What shipping method you use
We use Australia Post as the only shipping method. No signature required unless asked by customers only. Additional postage of $2.95 will be charged by AU Post. Thank you for your understanding.

Where are you located and can I pick up my order
We are based in Springvale, Victoria.
Unfortunately our factory is not open for public and no pick up option is provided.
