Delivery
How long does shipping take? Orders are dispatched within 2 to 7 business days and shipped with Australia Post. Delivery usually takes about a week after dispatch, depending on where you are.
How much is shipping? Shipping is $10 for orders under $118. Orders over $118 ship free within Australia.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship Australia wide and to overseas destinations. International shipping is charged separately. Please email orders@gogotreats.com.au before placing an international order so we can confirm the shipping cost for your country.
How are the treats packaged for shipping? All our treats are sealed with oxygen absorbers to keep them fresh in transit. If anything arrives damaged, see the Returns & Refunds section below.
Returns & Refunds
What if my order arrives damaged? We pack every order carefully, but damage during transit can sometimes happen and is out of our control. If your order arrives with damaged outer packaging, an unusual smell, or a damaged oxygen absorber, email orders@gogotreats.com.au with your order number and photos. We will arrange a refund or replacement, plus compensation for the trouble.
I received the wrong item. What should I do? Sorry about that! Email orders@gogotreats.com.au with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we will send the correct item out to you.
How long do refunds take? Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 2 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I return a product if my pet doesn't like it? For food safety and hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on opened products. This doesn't affect your rights if the product arrives damaged or faulty. In that case, see "What if my order arrives damaged?" above and we will make it right.
Product Questions
What's the difference between the different meats? Each protein has its own character. Beef is a little fattier than our other proteins, while chicken breast and turkey breast are lean options. Want help choosing the right protein for your pet? Read more on our blog.
What do cats love most? Cats go crazy for prawn, anchovy, chicken breast and turkey breast. Light, lean proteins they naturally love.
Do you have dental or chewing treats? Yes. We have a range of natural dental and chewing products, including lamb pizzle, duck necks, chicken necks and quail. They help keep teeth clean and satisfy your dog's natural urge to chew.
Are chewing treats suitable for all dogs? We don't recommend our chewing products for dogs under 15kg, as they contain bones or are quite hard. Chews should always be given under supervision, especially the first time your dog tries a new one.
How should I store the treats? Room temperature is fine, just keep them sealed. For best freshness, store in a dark, dry place, ideally in a sealed container. No fridge needed.
How much can I feed my pet each day? Freeze drying keeps around 85% of the nutrients of fresh food, so our treats are very nutrient dense. We recommend keeping treats and organ products to no more than 10% of your pet's daily food weight, and rotating organ treats like liver rather than feeding them on consecutive days.
Can your products replace my dog's regular meals? Our treats are meant to complement a balanced diet. Our complete dog food range is different. It is formulated as a full meal and can be fed as your dog's main diet. Feeding recommendations are on the packaging and product page.
