What we actually produce

We have our own production facility in Springvale, Melbourne. This is not a contract arrangement where we send a recipe to a third party and hope for the best. We control the process from raw material intake to finished product.

Our facility holds HACCP certification, PrimeSafe approval from the Victorian Government, SGS independent audit, and DAFF Est. 3596, a federal government approved export establishment. We are an Australian Made member and a member of PFIAA, the Pet Food Industry Association of Australia.

These are not things we applied for once and forgot about. They require ongoing compliance. We maintain them because they represent the minimum standard we are willing to operate at.

What goes into our products

Every product we make is single ingredient. One animal, one cut, nothing else.

We do not use mixed meat or trim. We source specific cuts because the cut determines the nutritional profile, the fat content, and the consistency of every batch. Our kangaroo products use rump. Our Hoki products use fillet. Our Angus beef uses tenderloin. Our barramundi uses fillet.

We choose lower-fat cuts deliberately because freeze-drying concentrates everything in the ingredient, including fat. A lean cut freeze-dried is easier to digest, more consistent, and stays fresh longer without preservatives.

In 2024 we opened Gogo Stop at 429-431 Toorak Road in Toorak. It is a space where people can bring their pets, try our treats, and spend some time. We also offer grooming services for dogs and cats.

It started as a retail and grooming space but it has become something more than that. People come in, their dogs try a few things, and they leave knowing exactly what they are feeding and where it comes from.
